Anyone is welcome to view and try our classes. If you would like to experience a regular class then please complete the sign up form, make the booking and arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts.
Along with a curious mind we would request you to bring water bottle and a hand towel for your first class.

Yes please! Informing your instructors allows them to make sure your training is optimized for health and safety. And we are always more than happy to help show you variations in exercises, or things you can do at home to help with your injury/medical condition.
No way! At our KC studio we have a highly qualified instructors team working with students ranging from age 4-74. We teach people with varying levels of physical fitness. All of our exercises, movements and routines are tailored to fit your individual fitness goals.
You can start with a free, no obligation trial lesson which offers a quick start program. Its great for beginners with no prior experience.
The quick start course includes both private and group instruction, so that new students can try out the program in a suitable environment. One of the great things about this program is that it gives us a chance to evaluate your progress and abilities while giving you the opportunity to observe classes, see the facility, meet the instructors, and learn about the benefits of martial arts, movements, kettlebells and more.

We carry out regular and thorough cleaning on top of our regular cleaning routine. We have a dedicated staff for cleaning and disinfecting equipment, mats and even highly touch areas like door knobs. For more details, checkout our cleaning protocols.
Yes! We actually start all our students with a one-on-one orientation and pre-evaluation. During the orientation and pre-evaluation, we will show you around school and introduce you to some of the instructors. Most importantly, your child will get to do an orientation and pre-evaluation specific to their age group. This way, we can make sure that your child starts in the right program for their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual stage of development, and feels totally comfortable in the group martial arts class.
We at Knots & Collar have developed a program which teaches lie skills in addition to martial arts, fitness and self defense. We have a structure and curriculum based belt progression system with pre-determined and written class planners.
